IT’S ALWAYS A GOOD DAY

TO DO THE RIGHT THING!

We must use time creatively…and forever realize that

the time is always ripe to do right.

Time is elusive.  One day melts into the next and by the end of most days, we question what actually happened to the day and what we accomplished.  We’re aware of time slipping away, perhaps when we blow out another birthday candle and we’re awed by how fast time goes.  In fact, the older we get, the more we’re sure it speeds us.  Those twenty-four hours in the day surely go by more quickly than they did when we were kids waiting for Christmas to come.

We have to be as intentional about time as we are about other things.  In God’s view, He sees us as having a finite amount of time to get His work done and to do as much good for as many people as possible.  We’re His ambassadors.

As you step into a new day, be conscious of the moments and how you are using your time.  Be aware of the good you can do in a matter of minutes when the opportunity presents itself.  It’s part of your calling.

“While it is daytime, we must continue doing the work of the One who sent Me.”

Lord, help me to be aware that my days are limited and that

I must do the good that I can do a little bit each day.
